In response, our client turned to Robert Half Technology in search of project leads who could strategically evaluate, prioritize, manage and implement the many technical projects that required execution. Project Scope In the midst of a company restructuring, our client needed a Technical Services Director and a Project Manager to oversee and execute various systems implementation projects. Additionally, the client required consultants who: - Had a firm understanding of the healthcare business and were familiar with the technical infrastructure in which the industry operated.
- Possessed experience working with hospital personnel (e.g. doctors, nurses, administrators) who are often under the unique stresses of providing timely and critical patient care.
